HECToR Service Report, January

The report is presented in two parts.

  • A report generated by SAFE, the systems administration software. This includes:
    • Time usage, broken down by project and by queue;
    • Slowdown figures;
    • Disk usage, broken down by project;
    • Helpdesk activity.
  • A report provided by HECToR staff. This includes::
    • System availability, including incidents, failures, MTBF and serviceability;
    • Courses held and attendance at them (information provided by NAG Ltd);
    • Quality tokens set over the last month;
    • Staff effort for the USL and OSG groups;
    • Performance metrics.
