Support for users of the HECToR service is provided by the staff of NAG Ltd, EPCC at the University of Edinburgh, and STFC Daresbury Laboratory.

The CSE support for HECToR is provided by a team of HPC specialists from NAG Ltd. This service is to assist the user in making the best use of HECToR. The section includes information on training, technical for grant applications, technical support for users and applying for distributed CSE support projects.
The user wiki is available to all users. When you go there, you will be asked to provide a username and password - type your email address, as it is known to SAFE, and your SAFE password.
Training courses are provided by NAG Ltd as part of CSE support.
