Scheduled down time: 243 hours 40 minutes. This includes an extended downtime for extensive Phase 2a testing, from 15 October 2010 to 26 October 2010, in preparation for the esFS upgrade.

Of the four severity levels, level 1 corresponds to a contractual failure.
Out of the 12 SEV-3 Incidents, 12 were attributed to single node failure events.
