HECToR ANNUAL REPORT, 1/1/2010 - 1/1/2011
The report is presented in three parts.
- A report generated by SAFE, the systems administration
software. This includes:
- Time usage, broken down by project and by queue;
- Slowdown figures;
- Disk usage, broken down by project;
- Helpdesk activity;
- A report for the Phase 2b system (non-contractual service)
generated by SAFE.
As the Phase2b service came online during June 2010, this report covers the period 1 July to 1 Jan 2011.
The report includes:- Time usage, broken down by project and by queue;
- Slowdown figures;
- Disk usage, broken down by project;
- Helpdesk activity;
- A summary provided by HECToR staff. This includes:
- System availability, including incidents, failures, MTBF and serviceability;
- Overall utilisation;
- Performance metrics;
- Quality tokens set over the last twelve month;
- Science support highlights.
