HECToR Service Report, April
The report is presented in two parts.
- A report generated by SAFE, the systems administration
software. This includes:
- Time usage, broken down by project and by queue;
- Slowdown figures;
- Disk usage, broken down by project;
- Helpdesk activity.
- A report provided by HECToR staff. This includes::
- System availability, including incidents, failures, MTBF and serviceability;
- Courses held and attendance at them (information provided by NAG Ltd);
- Quality tokens set over the last three months;
- Staff effort for the USL and OSG groups;
- Performance metrics.
